ABOUT ME
I’m Dan, a Manchester-based sound designer specialising in game audio and interactive sound design. I’m currently studying for a Master’s degree in game audio at ThinkSpace Education, where my work focuses on creating immersive, responsive audio systems that support gameplay, environment, and player feedback.
My background spans sound design for video games, music production, and audio post-production, giving me a broad and flexible approach to audio work. I have strong practical experience using Wwise and Unity for implementation, alongside industry-standard DAWs including Pro Tools, Cubase, and Reaper.
The work showcased on this site has been created for portfolio, educational, and demonstration purposes, and reflects my approach to audio: purposeful design, clear communication, and sound that feels naturally integrated within interactive experiences. Whether designing systems from the ground up or working to existing visuals, my goal is always to enhance immersion and support the experience through sound.
